eFinance and Salesforce Join Forces to Launch Egypt’s First AI-Powered Government API Platform

eFinance, the leading fintech company under eFinance Investment Group, has signed a memorandum
of understanding (MoU) with Salesforce, the global leader in AI-powered CRM and cloud solutions, to
jointly develop Egypt’s first Agentic AI-powered API platform The collaboration aims to accelerate Egypt’s
digital transformation and enhance government interoperability through a centralized national API gateway
Centralized API Gateway to Connect Government Services
Under this strategic partnership, eFinance and Salesforce will create a unified API gateway that links
financial systems, tax platforms, citizen services, and public-sector data infrastructures Leveraging
MuleSoft, Salesforce’s leading API management, integration, and automation technology, the platform
provides secure and seamless connectivity across government entities By using the MuleSoft Anypoint
Platform, eFinance will accelerate the deployment of digital services, enhance service reusability, and
enable scalable government integration across ministries Additionally, MuleSoft Agent Fabric will serve
as the foundation to govern and orchestrate AI agents, paving the way for future agentic AI applications
in Egypt’s public services
