Foodics Empowers Egyptian Youth Through the Second Round of the ‘Foodics Folks’ Summer Internship Program

Foodics, the leading restaurant management and fintech solutions provider
in the MENA region, has officially launched the second edition of its Foodics Folks
summer internship program in Egypt, furthering its mission to invest in young talent
and develop future professionals in the F&B and hospitality industry
The program targets university students aged 18 to 21, aiming to equip them with
practical knowledge, industry experience, and essential skills required to thrive in the
restaurant operations and food tech sector
Comprehensive Training in Restaurant Operations and Food Tech
The one-month internship is structured into two main phases
First Phase – Corporate Training at Foodics Egypt HQ
Over the course of two weeks, participants receive hands-on
exposure across key departments, including
Human Resources
Sales
Marketing
Accounting
Customer Onboarding
Software and Technical Support
This in-house training provides a strong foundation in how a leading restaurant
tech company operates across its functions
Second Phase – Field Training at Top Local Restaurants
The remaining two weeks involve on-site training at 10 of Egypt’s most prominent
restaurants, including
Dancing Goat, Holy Buns, Sno, Eden Bakery, Budz, Dirty Cookie, Pastini
Shakour, Coop and Hola Tacos
This unique combination of corporate and in-field experience offers interns a well-rounded
view of modern restaurant management, particularly how digital solutions from Foodics
streamline operations, optimize performance, and enhance customer engagement
