strategic step in expanding AI-driven career enablement and employment services throughout

Egypt and the broader Middle East and Africa (MEA) region

Strategic Expansion of AI-Powered Career Services in MENA

The acquisition of Career Club aligns with Qualiphi’s vision of creating the first Arab platform

for Career Services Management (CSM) This platform enables universities, career centers

and employers to manage career development programs, job opportunities, and career guidance

through a unified digital ecosystem powered by artificial intelligence Qualiphi’s goal is to build an

integrated, AI-driven platform that serves both educational institutions and the employment sector

helping students and graduates prepare for the future of work Originally developed by iCareer

Career Club was one of the region’s first virtual career centers designed to bridge the gap between

educational outcomes and labor market needs The platform provides students and graduates with

digital tools to enhance their skills, explore career paths, and connect with job opportunities Over the

years, Career Club has implemented several employability programs in collaboration with leading

international organizations, including the International Labour Organization (ILO), UK Aid, and the

German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ)

Impact of Qualiphi’s Acquisition on Career Enablement in Egypt

Today, Qualiphi serves as the official digital platform for managing career services for prominent

universities and government institutions in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, including the Egyptian Ministry

of Higher Education, Ain Shams University, the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime

Transport, and the Canadian University in addition to numerous private-sector partners

Through partnerships with academic institutions in Egypt, Qualiphi has already supported

over 500,000 students in their journey toward career readiness in 2025. Furthermore, the

company has expanded its presence in the Gulf region, supporting over 7,000 students

from 10 different nationalities in their personal and professional development This regional

expansion reflects the platform’s ability to reach a diverse base of young Arab professionals

and strengthens Qualiphi’s strategy to empower youth across the Arab world and Africa

regional platform for AI-powered career services and employment solutions We are committed

to creating a digital ecosystem that connects universities, employers, and career centers, enabling

young people to be better prepared for the future job market Magdy also emphasized the significant

opportunity in Egypt’s market due to the increasing number of graduates and the large youth

demographic. By integrating Career Club into its ecosystem, Qualiphi plans to expand its advanced

services, including career guidance, skills development, CV enhancement, and digital career

events, which will ultimately help youth access employment opportunities more efficiently

Qualiphi has plans to expand its presence even further by 2026, aiming to add 15 new universities

to its portfolio across Egypt and solidifying its position as the primary career services management

platform for universities and employment stakeholders in the region

AI-Driven Career Services: The Future of Employment Platforms

Career services management platforms are widely used around the world to help universities organize

career guidance, employment services, and talent matching However, such solutions remain limited

in North Africa and the broader Arab region, where many institutions still rely on international platforms

developed outside the region Qualiphi identified this gap as a strategic opportunity and believes the

acquisition of Career Club will help build the first integrated regional platform for career enablement

and employment services in the Arab world and North Africa Qualiphi is also focusing on creating a

unified AI-powered ecosystem that connects students, universities, employers, and governments

strengthening youth readiness for the labor market and aligning skills development with emerging

job opportunities

Plans for Expansion into GCC Markets

As part of its broader expansion strategy, Qualiphi also plans to extend its reach

into GCC countries in the coming phase, targeting key markets with high youth

populations and strong demand for career development solutions

A Thriving Career Ecosystem for Arab Youth

Akram Marwan, CEO of iCareer, expressed his confidence in the future of Career Club under

Qualiphi’s leadership Career Club has been a result of years of career enablement experience

and connecting graduates with the labor market We are confident that Qualiphi’s vision and

technological capabilities will significantly expand the platform’s impact across universities

and institutions in Egypt and the region

A Growing Need for Career Enablement in Egypt’s Labor Market

The acquisition comes at a time of rapid growth in Egypt’s labor market. According to data

from the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS), the number of higher

education graduates reached 743,000 in 2024, marking a 15% annual increase Egypt’s labor

force also grew to 34.7 million by the third quarter of 2025, reflecting a 3.3% year-on-year increase

This deal is expected to accelerate the role of technology in career services and employment

solutions across Egypt and the Middle East, while also strengthening the link between education

skills development, and job opportunities through a comprehensive digital ecosystem
