 Arabian Mark Developments has officially announced the launch of the second phase of its integrated residential project, REWAQ Residence, in New Cairo, following the success of the first phase. The new phase offers a limited number of residential units at competitive prices with flexible payment plans, catering to a wide range of homebuyers and investors.

Ahmed Gamal, Chairman of Arabian Mark Developments, stated that the second phase comes with some of the most competitive payment plans in the Egyptian real estate market. The reservation process starts with 2% down payment, followed by equal installments over eight years with no additional charges. Furthermore, clients of the second phase are eligible for a 10% discount on their units.

The new phase offers limited units with areas ranging from 90 to 129 square meters for 3-bedroom apartments. Gamal emphasized that the prices are highly competitive, reflecting the true value of the location, quality services, and meticulous project planning. Site preparation has already begun with soil borehole tests, marking the first step in implementing the project and ensuring timely delivery to clients.
