Ericsson (NASDAQ ERIC) has announced the successful completion of its equity

investment deal with twelve leading global communication service providers (CSPs)

officially establishing Aduna as a 50:50 joint venture. The new venture aims to aggregate

and sell network Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) worldwide
